The work should not be plagiarized beyond 20%. The interns are required to comply with the policies of The Legal Alfa as applicable from time to time. These policies may be notified to you verbally or in writing at the commencement of the internship or during your internship itself. The author(s) explicitly grant The Legal Alfa unrestricted right to publish, duplicate and disseminate the article/case comment/note/book review as a whole or part thereof, as well as the right to incorporeal public or individual transmission and reproduction of his article in the context of the journal. This right extends to Print, Online (including electronic records, making available for public retrieval, display and print by a user, e.g. by ways of internet, with all of the article's content). The submissions have to be made within the deadlines given. You will not be provided undue extension for frivolous reasons and will be required to provide The Legal Alfa prior notice in a reasonable manner (Mailing or Texting (or both) management of The Legal Alfa) in situations where you will not be able to submit your project within the stipulated time period. However, at no point of time will you be provided with continuous or cumulative extension of more than a week. Extension crossing the threshold will by default render your internship terminated. In the event of any misuse, or use without integrity, of data intern shared by The Legal Alfa or any other or member of The Legal Alfa or log in credential shared with you or such other misconduct, The Legal Alfa reserves the right to take appropriate action under applicable law. On acceptance of the conditions stipulated in the present Declaration, the interns’ affirm that they will not leave the internship in the midst without at least a week's prior notice to that effect. Anyone leaving an internship in the midst will not be issued any certificate for the duration of time for which he worked under the capacity of Intern at The Legal Alfa. In case the student leaves the internship without prior notice, The Legal Alfa reserves the right to inform your university or college authority about your conduct. If the administrative authority of The Legal Alfa finds that the work of the Intern is not up to the mark and has been consistently dodging assignments on the frivolous ground then The Legal Alfa reserves the right to terminate his internship immediately.
